Captain’s Comic Expo is a two day celebration of comic book culture! Featuring over 120 tables of classic and modern comic books, amazing artwork, unique artisans, outstanding cosplay, and much much more, Captain’s Comic Expo is the true comic-con experience right in your backyard!

Captain’s Comic Expo is organized and presented by Charleston’s #1 Voted comic book store, Captain’s Comics and Toys. We are locally owned and operated and have been a part of Charleston's comic book community for over 30 years (with the current ownership at 12 years)! For more information on the store, click here.
Where is the Expo located?
Captain’s Comic Expo is held at the Omar Shrine Temple at 176 Patriots Point Rd. Mt. Pleasant, SC 29494
What are the dates for the Expo?
It will be held Saturday, February 22 and Sunday, February 23, 2020
What are the hours?
10AM-6PM on Saturday and 10AM-4PM on Sunday
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is free parking. If the lot is full, there is extra parking at the bridge-walking park.
How much are tickets for the Expo?
Tickets start at $15 for Saturday, $10 for Sunday with deluxe tickets available. Kids 10 & under are free with a paid adult.
Where can I buy tickets to the Expo?
Tickets are available here, at Captain’s Comics & Toys, and at the door.
How do I become a vendor at the show?
We will reach out to returning vendors and artists in August. In September, we will open available tables to new vendors and artists. We only sell a set number of tables per product type to ensure that the show stays balanced.
